dotCMS Partner Network in 2023: A Year in Review
Dec 12, 2023
2023 was a year of focus on the dotCMS Partner Network & Channel. We had some great partners in the past, but we needed to spend more time with each of them to get to know their businesses and their people better. We learned a lot about them and how we can work even better together!
Our Partner Network grew substantially with 23 new partners. These new partners came from 8 countries around the planet - USA, Canada, Mexico, Poland, South Africa, India, Netherlands, and Australia.
The 2023 additions to the dotCMS Partner Network were these great firms:
In 2023, we added Digital Agencies, System Integrators, Consultants, and Tech Partners. This mix of partners is critical to the success of not only dotCMS but also our customers and the overall Partner Network. These partners complement each other through integrations (eCommerce, translation, web hosting, content migration, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), as well as backing each other up in various regions with different skill sets. They range in size from 5 person firms to major global players. This diverse mix of partners provides our customers with a choice when they ask, “Can you recommend a partner?” By understanding the domain expertise of our partners, their ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and their value propositions, we can make introductions with confidence.
Of course, our recap of 2023 would be incomplete without mentioning some of our dedicated partners that have been with us for years. Some highlights were as follows:
Raak – Melbourne, VIC, Australia
We provided the Australian market with more headless CMS thought leadership content with our shared partner BigCommerce
We added a new telecommunications (telco) customer
ContentBloom – Global
Created educational content and pushed the dotCMS product team to improve a few key elements
Implemented a new telco in Europe
Barbarian – New York, NY, USA
Completed a great case study and partner spotlight video
Recommended dotCMS to 2 great new prospects
2023 will be the inaugural year of the dotCMS Annual Partner Awards (DAPAs). dotCMS will be presenting awards to 3 of our partners this year:
Partner of the Year:
CapTech continues to recommend dotCMS in multiple opportunities and delivers them with expert implementations. This year, we added three new customers from non-profits to international conglomerates.
New Partners of the Year:
The Dragons are fearless and implemented a great new client in 2023 with precision. They also recommended us in two other great opportunities.
The team of Imaginary Landscape flawlessly implemented one of the most challenging and high-profile websites in 2023 for a government agency. They also participated in the eTail Boston trade show by sharing a booth with dotCMS to share our joint messaging.
This year we revamped our Partner Training Certification program which has led to partners distinguishing themselves with certified players at their respective firms. This provides our customers with confidence in our recommendations and provides a win-win-win situation: customer-partner-dotCMS.
dotCMS is confident that 2024 will be another year of growth and leveling up. Our partners can expect more:
training and certifications
more educational content: webinars, thought leadership, videos and case studies
product integrations
events and

Thanks for a great 2023! Let’s make 2024 even better!
About dotCMS
dotCMS is a content management system that helps global enterprises with multiple brands, subsidiaries, and franchises manage, optimize, and scale content across languages and channels. Brands such as Dairy Queen, Newell, Firstmac, Telus, and Comcast have chosen dotCMS for its unique ability to manage thousands of sites and consolidate multiple CMSs onto a single, unified instance of dotCMS to streamline content management across teams while saving money on platform costs.
dotCMS’ universal approach to content management also means that companies have the choice to deliver content traditionally or headlessly. Headless developers can work within the front-end framework of choice while still providing marketers with visual editing tools so they can go to market with their business-critical content and decrease their dependency on technical teams.
