You can use the Search and Replace Utility on the System -> Maintenance -> Tools tab to search and replace content throughout the content repository. It is recommended that you have a working database backup prior to using the utility as the changes made by this tool can not be rolled back. This is a necessary precaution in case you end up replacing more than you originally intended.
